What’s inside Animal Jam Box?

Every Animal Jam Box will have a curated assortment of mystery items with a total retail value of over $60! Most of the goodies inside are totally exclusive to the box and can't be found anywhere else. The boxes may also include rare first edition items before they are released in stores! The types of items that could be inside include clothing, accessories, electronics, toys, stationery and more!

Can’t I just buy these items in stores?

No! The Animal Jam Box features exclusive items that are not available anywhere else, in addition to first editions that you will receive before they become available in stores.

How often will I receive my Animal Jam Box?

Animal Jam Box is a quarterly subscription box. You will receive a new mystery box every 3 months!

What is the difference between Quarterly and Annual Plans?

If you sign up for the Quarterly plan, you will pay for one box at a time ($25 plus shipping) every 3 months (a total of 4 boxes per year). With the Quarterly plan, you can cancel your subscription any time. Please note that cancelling your subscription does not mean you will be refunded for your order that you placed, or for the subscription that has been renewed. The cancellation will mean that your subscription will not be renewed on the next billing cycle.
If you sign up for the Annual plan you'll get a discount for paying for an entire year (all 4 boxes totaling $92 plus shipping) up front. With the Annual plan, the subscription can be cancelled after all 4 boxes have shipped and before the subscription renews on the following billing date.

When will my Animal Jam Box ship?

2016 Winter Box: The first ever Animal Jam Box will ship Mid-December in time for Holiday!

2017 Spring Box: Ships Mid-April 2017

2017 Summer Box: Ships Mid-July 2017

2017 Fall Box: Ships Mid-October 2017.

Can I give an Animal Jam Box subscription as a gift?

Yes! You can gift a subscription by putting your friends name on the “Ship To” information!

What Countries do we ship to?

We ship to all 50 States in the U.S, plus the following Countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, & Switzerland. International Customers are required to pay any relevant duties, customs, or taxes associated with their Country.

Once my box ships, how long will it take to arrive?

If you’re a subscriber located in the USA, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information when your box is dispatched through USPS or FedEx. At that point, your box will arrive within 2-7 business days depending on where you’re located.

If you are an international subscriber (outside the USA), you will receive a shipping notification when your box is dispatched via USPS along with a tracking number. At that point your box will arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Please be aware that international packages may be delayed by customs in your country and that you are responsible for any associated import fees.

Why are International shipping fees more than domestic?

International shipping fees vary from country to country. Each international Animal Jam Box is shipped with Priority Express International Shipping and is fully insured and trackable.

Why are we asking for your shirt and shoe size?

We're asking because we plan on putting a wearable in every single box! It does not mean that you will be getting both a tee shirt and shoes in any certain box. We're storing this information in case we may need it down the road for future boxes.

When will I be billed for a recurring subscription? **Please note, you will be charged in full on initial signup**

You will be charged for the full cost of the selected plan on sign up. After your initial plan has ended, a recurring charge will be automatically processed. Please refer to the chart below for processing dates.

What currency will I be charged in?

All orders on AnimalJamBox.com are processed in U.S dollars.

How do I update my payment information?

In order to change your Credit Card info, Log into your account, click Manage Subscriptions then Billing Information and then click on Edit Card.

I want to cancel my subscription but I’m in the middle of a plan. Do I still get the Animal Jam Box I paid for?

Yes, you will still receive all of the boxes you were charged for.

 

Account Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in, click on My Account and then Manage Subscriptions. From there you will be able to manage or cancel your current subscriptions.

When can I cancel my Quarterly subscription?

Initial sign up may not be cancelled. Quarterly subscription plans must be cancelled before the following dates:

Spring box: March 15th
Summer box: June 15th

Fall box: September 15th

Winter box: November 15th
If cancelled after this time you card will be charged and you will receive the next Animal Jam Box in your quarterly plan.

When can I cancel my Annual Subscription?

Initial signups may not be cancelled.

If you cancel your annual subscription, you will still receive all 4 boxes you originally paid for. The Annual Plan will not get renewed once this plan expires.

How do I change my sizes?

Log in, click on My Account and then Manage Subscriptions. Select Edit on your current subscription and then click Change Product Size.

How do I change my shipping address?

Log in, click on My Account and then Manage Subscriptions. Select Edit on your current subscription and you will be able to update your billing and shipping addresses.

 

Exchanges and Returns

An item was broken or damaged in my Animal Jam Box. What should I do?

Send an email with a picture of the damaged item to contact@animaljambox.com

I received the wrong shirt size. What should I do?
